You don’t need more recommendations. You need thoughtful ones.

There is no shortage of advice, tools, and resources competing for our attention.

This page is different.

It isn’t a collection of everything I’ve ever used or liked. It’s a small, carefully chosen collection of resources that have genuinely helped me in some part of my life or work.

Some have helped me through difficult seasons. Some have made everyday responsibilities easier. Some have supported the way I work, move, or think.

They’ve helped in very different ways, but each one has earned its place here.

My hope is simple: perhaps one of them will make something a little lighter for you, too.

Start Here

If you’re new to Strategic Perfectionist™, this is where I’d recommend beginning.

Why Everything Feels Important

When everything feels equally important, it becomes difficult to know where to begin.

This free guide will help you understand why that happens and introduce a calmer way to recognize what actually matters.

The guide is followed by a short five-email series that helps you explore these ideas more deeply. At the end of the series, I’ll send you The What Actually Matters Reset, a downloadable workbook designed to help you put what you’ve been learning into practice.

Resources That Have Helped Me

These resources have supported me in different seasons and different areas of my life. This isn’t an exhaustive list, and I don’t expect it to become one.

They’re simply things I’ve genuinely found helpful enough to recommend.

Brenda Ster

Brenda is a business coach whose work has genuinely supported the way I think about building my business.

I especially appreciate her approach to systems, the ethical use of AI, and her sincere interest in helping women become successful. Her work is practical, thoughtful, and grounded in helping women build businesses that work for them.

Monthly Budget Calendar

This is one of those simple tools that makes everyday life easier.

I use a downloadable monthly budget calendar to keep track of my bills and customize it to fit the way I manage my finances. The creator also offers other useful downloads.

It isn’t complicated. That’s part of why I like it.

Walk at Home

I use Leslie Sansone’s walking workouts on YouTube every day.

This is something I do just for me, and I genuinely enjoy it. The workouts make it easy to move at home without turning exercise into another complicated project.

Atomic Habits

One of the ideas I appreciate most from Atomic Habits is the power of small habits that build over time.

That idea resonates deeply with me. I believe sustainable change is more often built through small, repeatable actions than dramatic overhauls, and this book reinforces that beautifully.

The Compassionate Friends

The Compassionate Friends: Supporting Family After a Child Dies — friendship, understanding, and hope

I learned about The Compassionate Friends after my son passed away.

It is a grief support organization for parents, grandparents, and siblings who have experienced the death of a child, grandchild, or sibling. It has meant a great deal to me personally, and I include it here because no one should have to navigate this kind of loss without knowing that support exists.
